"R&R at My First B&B"

By Amanda Talar
When a weekend escape was decided, it became clear that traveling a longish distance Friday evening wasn’t tempting. I mean, who wants to work all day to then sit in a car for hours, only to get to the destination and find a wasted evening?   So, Saratoga Springs, it was...click the link below to read more in The Times Union newspaper...

"Beautiful, delicious and pet-friendly!"

This was our first stay at Union Gables and is now my favorite of the 8 B&Bs I've ever stayed at. We stayed in the Library Room which was lovely. Perfect for us. Jane was so helpful and friendly. She helped us choose and also called in our takeout order to a wonderful Italian restaurant the first night, which was especially helpful since we needed to stay in with our dog who was still recuperating from last minute surgery. Jane even supplied us with dinnerware to enjoy our takeout dinner. Assortment of hot beverages and homemade cookies at night and even more delicious breakfast full of options. Jane gave us ideas of how to...read more on BedandBreakfast.com by clicking the below link...

"The Best of Saratoga Springs"

By Lefty12345

"Everything about the Union Gables is beautiful. The location on Union Ave is a short walk to Congress Park and the neighborhood is a collection of stately mansions. Their website accurately reflects what you'll see and off season, the rates are very reasonable. Many of the rooms are pet friendly"

A BEAUTIFUL UNION GABLES WEDDING…WITH NICOLE AND JOHN!

by Tiffany Wayne

On Saturday morning I was keeping my fingers crossed that it would be a beautiful sunny day… despite what the forecast said. Thankfully, it worked! The rain held off and it was a truly beautiful day. I was shooting at a new place in Saratoga, Union Gables… and boy was that place beautiful! A large Victorian Bed and Breakfast right in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. The gardens that surrounded the venue were fabulous and vibrant! The perfect setting for a wedding. I met up with the bride at Union Gables just before it was time for the first look! I couldn’t resist grabbing a couple detail shots before we got started… check it out!
