The Union Gables is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is important and special to us.
FOR RESERVATIONS DURING THE SARATOGA RACING SEASON
(2015 Dates: TBA Mid-January by NYRA) A downpayment is due at the time of booking and will be applied to your credit card at the time of placing the reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation or shorten your stay, please understand that you will be eligible for a refund only if the room is resold. All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee and all refunds will be paid by check and postmarked within 7 days of the room being resold.
FOR RESERVATIONS DURING SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS*
At the time of booking, your credit card on file will be charged for your First night's stay. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you will be eligible for a refund only if the room is resold. All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
* Special Event Weekends include all major SPAC concerts (Phish concert, Dave Matthews, FarmAide), Skidmore Graduation weekend, Skidmore Reunion and Skidmore Parent weekend (10/17-18, 2014), Saratoga Rowing Regattas, Saratoga Racing Season (2015 Dates: TBA mid-January by NYRA), 4th of July weekend, New Year’s Eve and Dance Flurry weekend (2/14-15, 2014).
FOR RESERVATIONS OTHER THAN SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS
Your credit card on file will be charged within 48 hours (two (2)) days prior to your arrival, and your receipt is emailed to you unless you request a printed receipt at check-in. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least three (3) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. All cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee.
Group Reservations: For five (5) or more rooms reserved, a 25% down payment is required at the time of booking. In the unlikely event that you must cancel please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made, minus the cancellation fee ($25) for each room reserved.
Events: All event fees are non-refundable.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call us to make arrangements. (518) 584-1558.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside, however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pets are allowed in seven (7) of our guest rooms with an additional pet fee. Please respect our pet rules, which are given to you upon arrival.
Children: Special restrictions for children apply throughout the year, which include an age restriction of twelve (12) years of age and older.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates MUST be noted when making the reservation and presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are not transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
