• Check-in time is between 3:00 - 5:00pm. Please make arrangements for late arrivals.
• Check-out time is 11:00am
• A valid credit card number is required at the time of reservation, as a guarantee.
• For a one or two night stay, a one night deposit is kindly required at the time of the reservation or by mailing a check within ten days.
• Remaining balance is always due at check-in time.
• Three or more nights require a 50% deposit
• Two weeks cancellation notice is kindly required. Deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• During special events and for the entire racing season, full payment is required at the time of the reservation. 50% of payment will be refunded if cancellation is received no less that six weeks prior to reserved date.
• Rates are for single or double occupancy.
• Rates are subject to change. Some special weekends, such as Graduation, Jazz Festival, etc., are specially priced. Please be sure to inquire for specific rate during your requested reservation dates.
• Union Gables is a non-smoking facility.

Excluding rentals of bulk reservations of 4 rooms and up during track season and during special event days/weekends, a full refund will be granted only if all the rooms have been filled.

Special weekends such as, but not limited to: Memorial Weekend, Skidmore Reunion, Skidmore Graduation, Jazz Festival, New Years Eve, Valentine's Weekend. During special weekends, please call the Innkeeper for policy discrepancies.
